Packaging is one of the methods to send the goods to distance places in total safety and security . The packaging also increases the attractiveness of the goods and parcels and increases their selling appeal . The packaging ensures that the products is safe from the cuts , abrasions , stretch marks and other transportation hazards that might emerge during the long journey .

The packaging can be done in two ways . The first is the automatic way by use of machines and other is by using the labor , that is the manual way . There is no doubt that the use of the machines is the effective way and it can do the work without employing the large work force at the much faster pace than the labors .

With the help of the pallet machine or machines , only one person can manage the entire packaging need of the company . This not only saves the cost of employing large work force but the speed of packaging allows the machines to cover more pallet boxes than a manual work can pack. The pallet wrapping machines works by covering the package with the thin plastic sheet from top to bottom . The person operating the machine only has to put the pallet box on the machine and start the machine . The machine will move up and down to cover the box with packaging material . The place where the box is kept is a circular plate , which moves in circular motions and allows the machine to cover the pallet box with packaging material .

After the complete packaging by Pallet Wrap Machine , the products is taken from the plate of the pallet wrapping machine by the operator . The fully automatic pallet wrapping machine keeps the products on the machine and then after finishing the wrapping moves the product to the finishing line.

The only difference between automatic and fully automatic pallet wrapping machine is that in later the operator only has to make sure that the products to be wrapped is in line to the machines . The entire work is done by the machines . The wrapping is done according to the set- parameters . The stretch film is cut cleanly by the machines itself at the end of the wrapping cycle . The time taken by the automatic Pallet Wrapping Machine is 140 loads per hours . Thus , the increase in the productivity can be achieved only the putting automatic or fully automatic versions of the pallet wrapping machines in the plant .
