Stretch and pallet wrapping machine and their applications

There are different types of wrapping machines. The basic use of these machines is to wrap the products for easy handling and safety. Some of these machine are fully automatic and some semi automatic. The uses of machines have reduced the need to employ large workers for packing. The efficiency and effective packing enables to transport the products safely.

Stretch machines are used to wrap the carbon boxes and similar objects. The machine uses stretch film, which comes from pre stretch unit. The machine is used only to wrap the boxes and containers. The good of various sizes can be put into boxes for wrapping. The machine is used for light weight goods, so that boxes can be manually turned, loaded and taken from the machine. The facility to attach the machine with conveyor belts is also provided. The use of machine gives flexibility to the company to use less manpower in packing department. This also enables to pack the boxes with extra care to protect the costly items inside the boxes. The machine can wrap the products weighing up to 50 kg. The machine can give directional wrapping to the loads. It comes with digital display of measurement of the stretch film used. Pallet wrapping machine is used to wrap pallets including container with high cube.  The wrapping gives protection against stretches, moisture, and corrosion from sea air, which can lead to rust, if things are not protected. The machine is used to pack items like , pharmaceutical products , yarn , light and heavy engineering goods, electrical appliances, jumbo bags  with granules and powered  and tins of paint, liquid and chemicals .  The machine can be used to wrap pallets with pre stretch cling film.  The powered pre stretch unit of the machine can stretch the wrapping material to 300 %. The stretching is done by the separate motor of the powered pre stretch unit. The machine has automatic wrapping function, which makes it easy to be operated by any unskilled person also. The pallet wrapping machine is ideal for export companies, as they need to pack various items for exporting.

The machine also comes with top platen for unstable products. Capacity of the pallet machine may be 15- 25 pallets per hour.  The weight of the pallet can be up to 2000 kg. The speed is 1-10   rpm and maximum stretch can be up to 300 %.
